    Do you have online sales through your website?

    Why We Sell Exclusively In-Store

    At Omar Rugs, we have made a conscious decision to sell our carpets only through our physical boutique, not online.

    This choice stems from our deep respect for the art we represent. Each of our handwoven rugs is a unique creation. The natural wool and dyes interact with light in special ways, meaning colors can shift and reveal new depths depending on the time of day or ambient lighting. Furthermore, the precise texture, pile, and intricate details of the weave are personal characteristics that must be felt to be fully appreciated.

    We believe that selling these one-of-a-kind pieces online could not do them justice and might lead to misunderstandings. For us, the process of selecting a rug is a sensory and personal journey.

    Therefore, we warmly invite you to our store. Experience the true color, texture, and soul of each carpet firsthand. We are here to guide you personally in finding the perfect piece that speaks to you and your home.

    Where can I view the sales contract?

    Sales Contract Copies

    Your signed sales contract is provided to you in person upon the completion of your purchase.

    If you require a duplicate copy, please contact us via email. To ensure we can locate your specific file in our archives, kindly include the following details in your request:

    • Full Name (First and Last)

    • Contact Phone Number

    • Email Address

    Upon receiving your information, we will promptly retrieve a copy of your contract and send it to you.

    How can I return an item?

    Our Return & Exchange Policy

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return a purchased item, please notify us first. We offer several convenient options to facilitate the process.

    For Customers in the USA:

    1. Free Pickup: We can arrange to collect the product directly from your address for an exchange.

    2. Return to Warehouse: You may ship the item to our secure warehouse in New Jersey at your convenience.

    For All Customers (Including International):
    You also have the option to send the product directly to our main store in Istanbul, Türkiye.

    Process:
    Once the product is received in good condition at any of our designated locations (New Jersey or Istanbul), we will immediately initiate your refund or exchange process.

    Please contact our team to notify us of your return and to receive specific instructions for your chosen method.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Regarding Product Availability

    Our commitment to offering diverse options means product availability differs between our collections:

    • For Our Machine-Made Collection: Our inventory is consistently updated and maintained. As long as a design remains in production, we will reliably keep it in stock for you.

    • For Our Handmade Collection: Each piece is a unique work of art, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of this craftsmanship, no two rugs are identical, and once a specific handmade piece is sold, it cannot be restocked or exactly reproduced.

    We encourage you to acquire your chosen handmade rug when you find it, as its uniqueness means it may not be available again.

    Where can I check the shipping status of my order?

    Our Shipping & Privacy Process

    For our valued customers in the United States, we utilize a special two-stage delivery method. This approach is specifically designed to protect your privacy, as we have found that standard shipping carriers often sell customer address and contact details to third-party companies.

    How it works for US deliveries:

    1. Your order is first shipped to our secure, private logistics hub in New Jersey.

    2. Upon arrival, our dedicated team repackages and handles the final shipment directly to your doorstep. This extra step ensures your personal information remains exclusively with us.

    For our International Customers (outside the USA):
    Your orders are shipped directly to your address in a single, seamless delivery.

    Tracking Your Order:
    To obtain your tracking number, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp. We will provide it to you immediately.
